Distance from popular restaurants in Poblado complicates walking access. Gym disappoints with the lack of weights, and common areas feel cramped, especially with larger crowds. WiFi slows down significantly during evening hours, making internet use frustrating.

Consider enjoying breakfast by the pool for a peaceful start to your day, accompanied by beautiful views.

More fun than I expected!

Staying here was a delightful surprise! The Premium Triple Suite offered stunning city views, and the kids adored the pool, despite the lack of a baby area. The outdoor dining experience by the pool was a perfect touch, and the restaurant's food was impressively good. I can't wait to return!

staying at morgana poblado suites was quite a disappointment. the pool area was so uninviting, i couldn’t believe it, and the staff even had the audacity to treat me like everyone else! i expected a room upgrade or at least a complimentary gesture. there were persistent bad smells throughout my room, which just about ruined my relaxation. i almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

During my stay at The Morgana Poblado Suites Hotel, I was delighted by the attentive service from the staff, who greeted me warmly by name. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety, including delicious fruit and hot food options. I also loved my spacious room with a lovely balcony view of the city, making my mornings even more enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay in a Premium Double Suite at The Morgana Poblado Suites Hotel. The staff, especially Holiundro in the kitchen, were unbelievably good! I enjoyed the spacious, comfortable room that included thoughtful touches like air conditioning and a nice balcony view. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options to jumpstart my day, and having the peaceful pool area made it even better.

Couple Looking for Comfort

Had a nice quiet room , perfect for some needed relaxation. The staff was super friendly , always ready to help, especially those in the restaurant.

It was a bit pricey for what it offered , but still acceptable.

The breakfast had decent variety, but the quality dropped on my second morning, which was disappointing. The staff, particularly in the kitchen, were exceptional and met all my requests with warmth. Unfortunately, the front desk could benefit from improved friendliness, as their demeanor felt somewhat off during check-in.

I had an incredible time, especially enjoying the amazing breakfast buffet and the peaceful, spacious room that felt like my own little retreat. However, the jacuzzi was a letdown since it didn't heat up during my stay.

The staff provided excellent service, especially during meals, and the room was spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is tranquil yet just a short ride from the vibrant areas.
